We have a favorite place for ribs in Vegas, but it never hurts to try somewhere else. On our last trip, we stopped at Memphis Championship Barbecue and tried the ribs. Very good, but the pulled pork sliders on the next table caught my attention. So this time, we tried The King and it was yummy - it's all in the sauce, right?M ordered pork chops, but I didn't get the camera out in time to get a decent picture...
